Breathing Squats

‘You aint got squat – if you ain’t got squat’. This was the classic saying from Gary Gray one of my teachers who is a leading Physical Therapist.

Why the squat is the king of exercises

The squat is without a doubt one of the most benefical and functional exercises around. It is a life skill and if we don’t use – we lose it.

The Breathing squat is powerful because it focuses a person on their breath and slows the movement down – which is not only a great workout but also helps calm a persons mind. Practices like Chi Gung use the squat as a forming of moving meditation.
