There is significant knowledge is to accept that meditation can have a profound influence on our health. From balancing cortisol, one of our stress hormones that balances our blood sugar to Blood Pressure along with an array of cognitive benefits.
Meditation does not need to be so esoteric but an exercise in focus, concentration and training awareness. There are a multitude of resources available, I enjoy the Insight Timer app as it is free and has hundreds of possible meditations.
