How to Get your Kids to Eat more Healthy Food!

Hi, I am Craig Burton. I have been a nutritionist and health coach for over 20 years. One of my biggest passions is coaching families and the next generation: our children. They are our future and nowadays sadly facing many challenges towards being healthy. UNICEF recently stated that one in three children in the Western World is not growing well because of malnutrition. This form of malnutrition does not come from starvation, but from a diet high in processed food, which lacks essential nutrients.

Why are our children eating so much junk food today? Because they are surrounded by it everyday and most kids would say lollies, crisps, soft drinks, cakes and pastries taste great. So for many parents it is like fighting a losing battle. But as I remind my clients including parents – health is about consistancy not perfection and balance is the key. Like the 80/20 Rule: 80% good food and 20% bad food. This will generally ensure your child will grow and develop well. But sadly most kids today are around 50/50 or even less, and this leads to malnutrition in essential nutrients.

Let me show you how to easily create Healthy Eating Habits that will ensure your children’s and family’s health. This program also has the potential to improve your children’s school results because healthy food leads to better focus, concentraiton and stamina – all the essentials needed to excel at school. 

The Healthy Eating Habits Program is a 6 week online course that I will personally support you through every week to help your children and family develop Healthier Eating Habits. You will be learning practical strategies from Day 1 that could make a big difference in ensuring your kids eat 80/20 and get what their bodies need to be healthy. If you put aside about 5 mins per day or 35 mins per week you will get through the videos and content easily in 6 weeks. You can choose to join the Weekly Webinars where I will review the content (from the videos and Course Manual) and answer your questions. However, you can also write your questions in the Forum. 

The Weekly Webinars and Access to the Interactive Forum will be held for 6 weeks. Your access to the website will be provided for 8 weeks, giving plenty of time to watch the videos. The Course Manual and Recipe Book are downloadable and for life.

All Weekly Webinars will be recorded and a link sent to you each week. You can always ask questions in the interactive Forum at any time.

About the Coach

Craig Burton is a nutritionist and father of two children, Emily (11) and Joshua (9). He has spent the last 20 years helping transform the lives of his clients, but his biggest passion is his family and ensuring they lead healthy and happy lives. The content for the Healthy Eating Habits Program is based on current research along with his own strategies he uses to support his family. Craig holds an array of qualifications in nutrition, as well as in health, fitness and lifestyle coaching. He attained a B.A. in Applied Science (Sports Science) from Edith Cowan University, Perth, Australia along with Ohio State University in the United States. Craig went on to certify as a Sports Nutritionist, later Clinical Nutritionist and also holds accreditation as a Performance Enhancement Specialist from the National Academy of Sports Medicine in the United States. Craig is also trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy which is a Behavioural Psychology Method to assist in developing new habits and supporting people to live more rich, full and meaningful lives.
